Welcome to Groom Scout, operated by BPRM Holdings ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website groomscout.com (the "Site") and our mobile dog grooming directory service.

Groom Scout is an online directory that connects pet owners with mobile dog grooming professionals. We provide:

We are a directory service only. We do not provide grooming services directly, nor do we employ or endorse any groomers listed on our Site.

3. User Eligibility

5.2 Listing Requests

Mobile grooming businesses may request to be listed on our Site by submitting a listing request form. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any listing request at our sole discretion
• Modify or remove any listing at any time
• Verify business information before publishing a listing
• Require businesses to meet certain quality standards

5.3 Business Owner Responsibilities

If you submit a listing request or if your business is listed on our Site, you agree to:

• Maintain a valid Google Business profile
• Notify us of any changes to your business information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in operating your business
• Not hold us liable for any leads, bookings, or business relationships that result from your listing

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site contains links to third-party websites and displays contact information for independent grooming businesses. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites
• The services provided by groomers listed on our Site
• Any transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses
• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by groomers

Your interactions with third-party businesses are solely between you and that business. We strongly encourage you to research and verify any business before engaging their services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by BPRM Holdings or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from services provided by groomers listed on our Site
• Damages from unauthorized access to your information
• Damages from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in business listings

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BPRM Holdings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
